Victoria de Almeida is an award-winning Hispanic folk artist born and raised in New Mexico. De Almeida's maternal grandparents are descendants of the original Spanish settlers who have lived in Northern New Mexico for over 400 years. 

 

She is the 2018 Film Business Alliance of New Mexico Cover Artist, the 2015 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Poster Artist and Barnes & Noble chose her as their 2013 Hispanic Heritage Artist. Her work is sold globally and she is a best-selling artist on the international website Fine Art America. She is the owner of the Victoria de Almeida Studio/Gallery and resides in Santa Fe with her husband and son.​
